Returns & Refunds

At CielBloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items marked "non-refundable" cannot be returned

Return Process

  1. Initiate your return through our online portal within 30 days
  2. Pack items securely in original packaging if possible
  3. Include the completed return form with your package
  4. Ship using a trackable method (return shipping costs are customer's responsibility)

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • For exchanges, we'll ship the new item once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a free return and replacement or refund.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
